Meet the 2018-2019 Plymouth Elementary PTO Board.
I am Cassandra. Most of your children know me as Ms. Cassie. I’m lucky enough to work with them every day here at Plymouth as a paraprofessional. I am also a Mom to two Pioneers, one Viking, and (gulp) a Chemic.
I’ve been volunteering for many years, starting at Parkdale. We elected school of choice for our youngest children in 2017, making me new to the Plymouth PTO. My debut event was the Seussville Carnival and I couldn’t have pulled it off without the amazing support of our volunteers and my good friend, Katie.
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve as your new PTO President.
Sarah previously worked “behind the scenes” as the Hospitality Co-Chair. She arranges for birthday treats for our faculty and was a driving force behind Teacher Appreciation Week. She and her husband, David, have lived in Midland for about 7 years. They have three beautiful children, two of which are Pioneers; Peyton (10), Dylan (7) and Veronica (3).
Sarah hopes to bring fresh ideas to the school and to encourage more community involvement in our events.
Angela has two Pioneers; Matthew in 3rd grade and Lennon in 5th grade. She works at 1st State Bank, Shipt, and is a volunteer usher at MCFTA. Angela also keeps busy as a Boy Scout Leader. She is a certified cake decorator; you may recall her work from the Carnival Cake Walk. When shes not working, volunteering, or mothering, she is thrill-seeking at Cedar Point!
Angela is excited to be taking on the role of PTO Secretary and we are excited to have her. Welcome to the board!
Rachelle has worked at Tri-Star Trust Bank, as an Employee Benefits Trust Officer for the last 3 years . Rachelle spent most of her life in Grand Rapids where she met her husband Dave who is a Midland native. They moved to Midland in 2007 and have two boys Evan, a 4th grade student at Plymouth, and Elijah, a 6th grader at Northeast.
